Tip: Add the yogurt and spices to your liking.
- Cut the ripe avocado into half from the top to the bottom. Remove seed.
- Fill hole where the seed was with Greek yogurt.
- Place hard-boiled egg on top of the yogurt.
- Add a little olive oil on the egg and then sprinkle either turmeric or sumac.
- Eat with spoon as you scoop out the avocado. Enjoy!
