Tip: try adding chopped stuffed figs for a sweeter taste
Chop up the beetroots into smaller pieces and add to bowl. Cut apples into smaller pieces without the core. If you do not prefer the skin, peel first and then chop. Dice the feta cheese and add to bowl. Wash rucola and then add on top of mix. Sprinkle on the pine nuts or chopped walnuts. (Add chopped stuffed figs if you are preparing this recipe). Dabble about a half shot glass of organic extra virgin olive oil. Add the balsamic vinegar.
