Paleo Beef or Chicken Avocado Wrap
- 2 cups of chicken or beef cooked and shredded or strips
- 1/2 cup avocado cubed
- 1/2 cup green online chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander chopped
- Black pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 tbsp of extra virgin organic olive oil
- Combine chicken or beef, avocado, sprouts, onions, walnuts and coriander in large bowl.
- Season with black pepper.
- In small bowl, whisk together lemon, dill and honey.
- Slowly add the extra virgin organic olive oil to honey mixture whisking until it becomes thick and creamy.
- Pour the lemon over chicken or beef mixture and toss.
- Scoop the mixture into lettuce leaves and enjoy!
