10-minute energy boosting breakfast


  • 1/2 ripe avocado with skin
  • 1 hard-boiled free-range or organic egg
  • Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin organic olive oil
  • Numeric or sumac


Tip: Add the yogurt and spices to your liking.

  1. Cut the ripe avocado into half from the top to the bottom. Remove seed.
  2. Fill hole where the seed was with Greek yogurt.
  3. Place hard-boiled egg on top of the yogurt.
  4. Add a little olive oil on the egg and then sprinkle either turmeric or sumac.
  5. Eat with spoon as you scoop out the avocado. Enjoy!
