This exceptional quality organic extra virgin olive oil is made from a blend of native olives from Camatsos family olive groves in Lesvos, Greece. The olives are hand-picked prior to milling and the oil is strictly obtained by cold-pressing methods. This extra virgin olive oil was bottled at 0.3% acidity.

We highly recommend using this olive oil strictly as a finishing oil. Heat can damage the complex aromas and flavors in the oil. Enjoy at room temperature or lightly warmed to experience the unique flavors imparted from our centuries-old olive trees.

Our Mission

EVO3 is focused on more than just producing the highest quality Greek olive oil. We want to help change lives. We have partnered with Eden Reforestation Projects to plant trees, the Women’s Cooperative of Parakila on Lesvos to support the empowerment of women, and the AACR to fund lifesaving cancer research.

All our olive oils are a blend between three different types of olives – the Kolovi, the Adramatiani, and the Lathoelia. The Kolovi and Adramatiani olives mature slowly and are black in color. They thrive in soil with slate in it. Their flavour has an intricate, fruity taste, and their olive oil colour is golden yellow to a golden green. The Lathoelia thrives in lower altitudes and is bigger in size. Their colour varies from a red-violet black to purple and deep black, and they are harvested only when fully ripened. Their taste is fleshy and slightly fruity and fragrant.

The harvest period for this award winning organic olive oil is between mid to late November until early January. This is when the olives are just turning from their ripe green color to their mature black color. This is what gives this olive oil its delicate taste.

The acidity of the olive oil is also of exceptional quality. evoᶾ free acidity ranges from 0.3-0.35% which allows it to be labelled as extra virgin and categorized as exceptional quality. It comes in a 500ml anti-reflective glass bottle.

Finally, this is an organic extra virgin olive oil. This means that the farming methods used are sustainable, no chemical fertilizers are used, and no chemical pesticides are used to kill the olive fruit fly. Only organic fertilizers and natural methods to kill the olive fruit fly are used. This translates into a clean, healthy product for you to consume.

Our Cause

For every product you buy, one tree will be planted in Africa or Haiti while giving work to locals in these impoverished areas. We aim to raise awareness of the disastrous effect that deforestation has had on our planet. Our planting partner, Eden Reforestation, trains locals to do the work giving them employment and a salary. This in turn allows the forests to regenerate, reduces child poverty and human trafficking, and combats climate change.

We will also donate 25¢ for every purchase to our partner, the AACR, to fund lifesaving cancer research. We will aid them in their fight in curing cancer and education of prevention through nutrition.
